The song is in pashto language it is spoken by one of the ethnic groups that consist pakistan. The girl seems to be ethnic pashtun. She does not look Indian as the majority of pakistanis as the legend has it that the pashtuns are a mix of Greeks from the era of Alexander the Great and locals.

It's Pakistani singer Nazia Iqbal, song is called Chup Chup Meena. Language of Pakistan is Urdu.
