Yup that's a Hercules. It's the pool cue ball that's used that gives you time to run to the fridge and replace your beer between shots. Somebody actually brought one to the Allentown Pinball Wizards convention way back when. The girl is pretty but they should have gotten a girl with a bigger ass. Just to keep things in proportion.

Oh wow! Oh yes yes! I love pinball! And tasty girls!

The pinball seems to be a Hercules (yes, they did one game in that super size, which sold terribly because the huge ball made it slow af) with an oversized backglass from a Bally Wizard in.

Now if I were going to bang a girl on a pinball machine, I'd probably pick Black Knight 2000.
