Hey, I'm Siri. Welcome back to part three of my sexy strength workout series here on Model Time.

You're going to need a few pieces of equipment today.

We're going to use an ab wheel, a hip band, a light resistance band, and a chair, and then a kettlebell.

I would recommend at least 15 pounds, but go as heavy as you can without injuring yourself.

So let's get started.
