I finally got down to the last 2mm above the piercing that I did back in August of this year. I made the final cut to complete my Full Split Glan! Hope you like it!!!

I didn’t do mine that way, I just used scissors and a scalpel to open the urethra and used a tube internal in the urethra to cut straight.

OK, when I edited the video I had already injected the lidocaine and had used a silicone band to push as much of the b*l*o*o*d out of the head of my cock and used a tube around the shaft to keep the rubber band from pinching the skin too hard until I made the cut and removed the bar. I didn't feel any discomfort at all.
