Hi and welcome to Naked Yoga. I'm going to be your instructor today. I'm Sharida Bell.
Today I would like to guide you through a series of stretches, yoga poses, and a variety of things that I've learned in my practice as a physical therapist that I feel really help me both relax and open up.
After that, I'd love to show you some amazing ways to do a little self-care for all of your muscles with a little personal massage, followed by my favorite way to relax, some erotic touching, solo masturbation.
Well, let's get started. Some things that I brought with me today that you might consider going and getting at home are a long rope that I use for stretching when I really want to get deep and open up, a towel that I'll put on my mat during the massage portion, and some oils.
You can use any massage oil you like. I prefer pure coconut oil. I'm going to move these to the side until a little later.
