Why would we interpret things that make our existence worse?

And the reality is that sometimes we need to lie to our brains and tell them that everything's gonna be okay,

Even though we don't know, we don't even need it to be true.

Our brain will get caught up in weaving the narrative with the thread we'll make.

And this thread we can create consciously when we put our thoughts to work.
